The Izabella is a reverse-stagger Strat set inspired by Jimi Hendrix’s famous 1968 Olympic White Stratocaster.
 
Its pole-piece stagger recreates the effect of a left-handed player using a right-handed guitar. The standard version is optimised for fingerboard radii from 9.5 to 14 inches, with a traditional 7.25-inch option also available.
 
This is far more than a one-artist pickup set. It is balanced and versatile on clean and overdriven sounds, while responding especially well to fuzz and wah pedals.
 
The pickups are wax potted and fitted with vintage-style braided cotton leads. The set is supplied without RWRP wiring by default; an RWRP middle pickup can be selected for hum cancellation in positions 2 and 4.
 
Every set is built to order. Before winding your pickups, I may contact you to confirm model-specific choices such as RWRP wiring or wax potting. This personal setup service is included at no extra cost.
