THE WORKSHOP
All my pickups are handcrafted in very similar 50s/60s conditions with tools mostly made by myself.
I use the best materials available on the market while keeping artisanal manufacturing methods in order to produce high quality pickups, not subject to industrial winding managed by machines.
My winding methods are based on well-defined geometric structures and an "airy" winding which gives the particularities of warmth and dynamics on my range of vintage pickups for example.
Then, the entire magnetization cycle of the magnets is carried out by hand in my workshop to guarantee total control of the balance of my pickups.
According to your desire and according to my models, the waxing step is also carried out pickup by pickup and by hand, this step is very important and requires for me a very particular careful for an optimum tonal quality.
My vulcanized fiber microphone bases are made in my workshop using a laser machine to guarantee independent and qualitative production.
The vulcanized fiber flatworks conform to vintage stratocaster, telecaster, jazzmaster etc. are cut in my workshop by using a laser machine, guaranteeing independent and qualitative production.
As for the metal base plate used, among other things, for humbuckers, P90s, etc. I practice an Asyllum Pickups tree of life logo engraving process on thick craft paper.
You will receive your pickups in a nice premium box with the design of the tree of life from Asyllum Pickups.
